Having watched a bit of this it makes me wonder how these 2 best players would get on if they were to make the switch to the PDC, not overly well id presume!
About as well as Ted Hankey has this year I'd say.

To be fair Ted Hankey had a stroke on stage and didn't play this year.

I've enjoyed the tournament. I know it has its knockers but the poor checkouts make it more exciting for me.
Roll on next year.

I know, but given how he faired before then, I'm not sure he'd got close to the quarters anyway.

Well done Scott! Two players that really deserve to have won it before now. He did actually beat James Wade and won the gsod in 2010 so i don't think he would do too bad in the PDC.

Quite appropriate that the first dart thrown in this year's competition was a 1.

Not into darts at all, but I always give Lakeside a watch. Waites vs. Norris this afternoon was bloody excellent. Cameron vs. Adams was a bit dull and now I've got the womens on in the background.

FOURTY TWO

FIFTY FIVE

Are the guys in the last match a bit crap then y2blade?
