I'm looking forward to seeing our trio of champion riders going head-to-head next year. It would be nice to see Adam Yates pick up a GT win to add to the dominance.

These young men are really something special. They have to train between races they travel stay in Hotels week after week they crash and get back on their bikes bloody but unbowed I don't know how they can keep going week after week. The season now goes on much longer and the break is so much shorter. Whatever they get paid it isn't enough

I see Wiggins has called time on rowing at Tokyo 2020 as he doesn’t ‘have time’ to do the training. Yeah, just that Brad.

Alaphilippe for me. Looks a brute of a course though, can’t wait.

Though whilst on holiday in Tuscany this week, took a day trip to Pontedera to see Moscon take the Giro del Toscana and he looked super strong.

I’m really exicited that Sky signed Eddie Dunbar and in his first week was instrumental in both Moscon’s victories, destroying the group on the climb and delivering him armchair-like to the finale. When he was only 16 or 17 Paddy Power were already taking bets on him winning the Tour.

Top 10 for Dunbar today at the Memorial Marco Pantani amongst some top men (Nibali, Quintana). Is he riding the Worlds?

U23 worlds.

Pity he can’t have a lash at both!

Did anyone see Rachel Atherton win the Womens Downhill MTB. They had a Helmet Cam on her run and I am stunned by how good she is. It not something I have seen much of maybe the Camera angle gave you a better appreciation of the skill levels but they are absolutely Insane and Talented in equal measures.

Saw it live, but not seen the headcam view. Was crazy, taking 10 seconds out of the rest.

He’s stepped away from leading the team after his ride at the Memorial Marco Pantani, leaving it to Moscon instead. I’m sure he’ll still give it a dig though if he can.

Some people get better with age...

I must admit I am conflicted about his result. I have enjoyed watching him over the years and it's a great way to (potentially) close out his career but......
