WTF just happened - weirdest try ever!
indeed - I am, along with the commentators, gobsmackedThe difference between that and Saturday's kick, though, is that it didn't hit the post. It just got up into the wind, and curled backwards.

Replacing him at 77 minutes is just spiteful.
Yeah - Blackadder making a point, I think.TBF, we didn't mourn his loss too much a few year back at Glos - his occasional brilliance has always been outweighed, by missed critical kicks and poor decisions minute-to-minute.
Still, feel a bit for him today.
Freddy has had a shocker this half from a scoring perspective. Couldn't kick anything then dropping it over the line.
Taking him off was a really odd decision. Especially given the fact Blackadder often leaves players who are having a mare for fking ages.
Lost now.
Dodgy reffing decisions all day (both ways) but Bath lack confidence.

Aye ref had a poor game, particularly the head butt by the Toulouse prop. That was right in front of him!Taking him off was a really odd decision. Especially given the fact Blackadder often leaves players who are having a mare for fking ages.

When my lad comes back from today's match, I'm going to show him that clip to show why you never ever showboat when scoring. Get the ball down, then celebrate.
Good call - you only had to look at Burns face / demeanour after the match to know he'll never, ever forget that, and that he really wanted to just crawl away and hide in private.JonChalk said:
How come Exeter are playing at home in an away strip and Munster are playing away in their home strip??
It was their European Cup shirt rather than away shirt. See here:https://www.exeterchiefs.co.uk/replica-kit/pro-fit

Glos become first Premiership team to win in Europe this weekend.
Well... Apart from all the Challenge Cup matches! Well done to Glos, all the same!
As a greater achievement, however, who would've backed Newcastle to go to Toulon and become only the second side to win there in Europe??

I see Eddie Jones was at Kingsholm... Is there anyone at all in the Gloucester team other than Cipriani that he might've been there to watch?
Ben Morgan primarily, but could be Woodward and Atkinson as squad coverage. Sharples as an outside bet - he's leading try scorer in the Premiership at the moment, I think.Anyway, we don't want Cips in the England squad; that does Glos no favours at all!
