Bath didn't emerge from the dressing room until ten minutes before half time - at which stage they were 19-0 down.

They 'won' the second half to make it 32-19, but their defence was awful - it took three Bath tacklers to stop each Newcastle ball carrier - so not quite two scores ahead turned out to be not quite enough.

Nice tries from Rokodoguni and Joseph, though. And a lovely afternoon.
Fully agree.
Complacent at the start. Complacent once the work had been put incto get to 32-19.
Horrible feeling that its the sort of result that comes back to bite you at the end of the season when you are 3 points off the top 4.....

Long way to go yet - we had the advantage in the opening game due to quins poor discipline - need to wind the teams up a bit more. Hopefully though some home form will kick in and we can get the points we need.
I think Worcester will let London Irish off the hook.
weeping you may be right

Pro14 live double header tomorrow on BBC2 Wales. Cheetahs v Ospreys at 4 then Scarlets v Connacht at 7.30.

Heaven! Although I think the Ospreys will get gubbed.

Some interesting games tonight/ tomorrow

Difficult games for ospreys and blues to show their seasons aren't over already and Benetton, and have they
Suddenly became a team to be reckoned with?
Dragons v kings..... the race to the bottom. Surely a

Blimey! I don't really follow the Pro14 table, so had assumed you meant "except for the Italians", but have just discovered that you didn't!!!

Also, having just taken a look at the tables, how have Glasgow managed to play 4 matches already, when plenty of the other teams have only played two? confused

Everyone's played 4 games actually.

Cheetahs currently beating ospreys. Looks like cheetahs away is going to catch out a lot of teams,
We'll find out next week when Glasgow go there

So they have. I wonder what was going on with the table I saw earlier!

Aus v S.A. on that display, England does not have anything to fear from either team. 20 point margin at least in Autumn internationals.

Ireland and Wales may also fancy their chances.

The only surprise about the dragons v kings game was
That no one drowned! It was tipping down!

If that had been on the old pitch it would have been
Like passchendaele!

They've certainly tidied Dave Parade up.

Poor game but Bath beat Wasps away! woohoo

I would have staked a vast amount of money on our 5 opening games not including beating Leicester & Wasps away & Sarries at home!
Especially given we lost to Northampton (away) & Newcastle at home.
Overall - for a tough set of games would definitely have taken that! Despite losing one we should have won.

Much weirdness.

Maybe they're not up to playing every week?

A much needed win for Quins but shouldn't have let Sale back in and get the BP. Looks like Clifford out for a while as well so not ideal...

Pessimistic I know but expecting the usual poor form come the Autumn internationals so needed to be further up the table at this point

Cheetahs away..... the Pro14 banana skin avoided!
Happy with that, now just the small matter of Exeter Chiefs!

Anyone see the MoTM presentation at Leics v London Irish? Bit of niggle between Johnny May and George Ford. At first I thought it was banter but it seemed to continue as they walked off the pitch.

Cracking last 60min by Irish - if only they could play for the first 20!

Interesting post-match interview after Leinster - Munster yesterday: http://www.the42.ie/peter-omahony-reggie-corrigan-...

It was a pretty dull affair TBH, and both sides need to up their game going into Europe

Does anyone know why Sale have a sticker of a bee (or wasp?) on their shirt sleeves?
