Oh dear, Saints. 0-48 in the second half.

Trying not to laugh too much as we've got Exeter at Sandy Park tomorrow.

Failed to sack John Kingston and Nick Easter about 6 months ago. frown

Today was just dreadful, and yet again Kingston doesn't even have the guts to face the camera after the game.

Someone on one of the Quins Facebook group said they saw Dave Ward (our Hooker, for those who might not know) trudging out to his car, head hung low and still in his playing kit ten minutes after the final whistle.

Meanwhile, the board are banging on about building a bigger stadium, which seems ironic, given that at on current showing they're going to struggle to sell half the seats in the current stadium next year!

I don't generally want to see the Football approach to sacking managers come into rugby, but something is badly wrong in the Quins setup at the moment, and the only place to start is with a proper DoR, not the current ambitionless non-entity who has been happy to spend the last god knows how many years in moribund mediocrity at the Stoop. irked

apparently not that odd, if rumours are to be believed the guy makes Cips look modest and humble

Not so.

Ward came off with an injured hand some time before the end. he changed back into his arrival kit - Adidas top and shorts - whatever that is called, and was sitting with the subs in his going home kit at the end of the game.

Other than the guy mistaking 'playing' kit for 'arrival' kit, none of that means he didn't still leave ten minutes after the final whistle...

He was one of the only players who actually turned up yesterday as well.

Next question... Will Dave Ellis and the board hire in a proper DoR, or will they give the job to one of the kids working in the burger van so they can spend more on a vanity project stadium expansion?

Strong rumour in Ulster rugby circles that PJ is going to France. He'll have a hefty legal bill to pay one way or another.
Teaming back up with ruan pienaar again?
I'm not sure, heard it from a lad who mixes in Ulster rugby circles.

Anyway Paddy is having a party at his place tonight to celebrate. All welcome. biggrin
Party at PJ’s, all the rugby boys are cumming
oh well he's now been sacked by ulster and the IRFU

The God squad have won, though there was a large support within Ulster rugby circles for PJ and Olding to stay. The hairy faced liberals had a protest outside last nights game and although the media reported that they numbered in their hundreds, people who attended the game put their numbers at 60 or 70.
Like it or not the lads were found not guilty and it would have been best for all parties if they had been able to walk away under their own terms, knowing PJ's solicitor this will end up back in front of a judge if he hasn't already received a golden hand shake.

Wife was at the match and reckoned 24 protestors, way less than expected. Hoped they would take irfu to the cleaners for unfair dismissal but looks like they are going to go quietly. Exeter chiefs is the latest rumour?

Jackson won’t be short of offers, and it will probably do him good to get out of Ireland.

The fact that he won’t be playing in green for the foreseeable will only increase his value to clubs in England & France.

Heard the Exeter rumor about 6 weeks ago. Might be something in it.

Probably best for them to make a move and start with a clean slate.

Next to Johnny sexton he's currently one of the best number 10's in the world. Whoever he ends up playing for will do well.
