6 nations 2018 away match tickets

Planning on visiting Rome for the first time 2018 and attending Italy vs Scotland 17th March.
Looking for advice on ticket buying (What agent? When to jump?)
Looks like the only agent selling tickets right now is viagogo but a minimum of £146 per ticket behind the goals is an insult imho.
These ties have never been sell outs iirc.
So what do the seasoned travelers suggest? Other agents nearer the time? Book travel and accommodation and pick up tickets locally?

I went last year and obtained my tickets from the Italian Rugby Federation site (using Google translate as I donta speaka Italiano very well 
).
As far as I remember, they were about €65 each, opposite the try line.
I got mine about Christmas time for the match in March, so they may not even be on sale officially yet.
