Landa looked like he was enjoying the scenery - will do some damage next year at Movistar.
Agree Landa will be a force - every sky top domestique seems to become a gc team lead in time.Thing is, with landa, quintana and valverde in the dsame team, will they stay coherent? 2 of those 3 don't "do" riding with "do the right thing" in mind...

Anyone else watching the full-length coverage? I'm not getting much work done this month, but it's been fascinating to see more of France as the race passes through.
One thing I've noticed - at least once a day the race passes a field full of helicopters. I didn't realise French agriculture had diversified into aircraft, but it turns out that it's now their third most important crop by value.
Today's field were all ready for harvest - you know they're ripe when the rotor blades start to turn.

There seems to be a marked increase in Tractor Eggs around this part of Devon. I like that we're diversifying our agriculture...Here they are in their native Norway:

I was impressed with Kwiatkowski's turn on the front. Thought he was done about 3km before he finally was.
Gave so much that when he did crack, he had to stop and un-clip because he just couldn't turn the pedals anymore.
He's been one of the most impressive riders this year IMO... incredible how hard, and for how long he can pull on the front. Absolutely kills himself for the team. He's a machine.Gave so much that when he did crack, he had to stop and un-clip because he just couldn't turn the pedals anymore.
Kwiatkowski and Landa have both been unbelievably strong.

If Froome wins, they're the reason why IMO.Kwiatkowski and Landa have both been unbelievably strong.
None of the other GC contenders have anything like the pool of talent to call upon.
Bit of a non event today for the GC peloton.
Best bit was Bosson Hagen and Arndt ,sorry if spelling dodgy ,both chose the right side of the roundabout about 2 KMs from the finish.
Instantly gave them 50 metres on the other 7 up front and that was all the Norwegian needed to go away and win the stage.
