Just as aside on Wilder's power, I saw this tweet showing an overhead view on his knockout of Breazeale - it shows how he drives off the back foot to generate his power.

And both are also hoping Wilder loses his belt against Whyte or someone else.
Might be unpopular to say, but it doesn't really matter who Fury, Wilder, or Joshua think might be the easier fight for them. It isn't up to them.

The real fight is between US TV networks, and in particular ESPN vs DAZN.

DAZN are losing a ton of the money at the moment in the US (which they expected). But the longer that continues, the weaker the threat from DAZN to ESPN's business in the future. So ESPN want to deprive DAZN of as many box office fights as possible, for as long as possible, as that suppresses their subscriber base.

This is why they are signing (and overpaying) so many fighters currently; basically they are trying to block DAZN from being successful. It's like when kings used to kill their brother's children in the middle ages, to rid themselves of potential heirs to the throne, before they become too dangerous.

So on this basis, we will see Wilder pay lip service to the fight with Joshua, and he will instead get the rematch with Fury, probably next year. ESPN won't mind doing a co-PPV event with Showtime, as they know Showtime isn't a big threat and won't ever try and eat their lunch.

And depending on how the fight goes, expect a "trilogy" too between Wilder and Fury. And during all this time, Joshua will be frozen out from the truly iconic events. Not because of anything Joshua has done wrong, but because he is getting caught up in a power struggle.

I suspect AJ is a very hard puzzle to solve since Wlad. As he has changed, he now has too much to lose and is willing to be as boring as he needs to be against fighters he fears. As against Parker, he will sit behind his jab and run at the smallest hint of trouble.
I know what you are saying, and he does what he does well, but for a fighter with the boxing IQ of fury I believe he is no threat. Fury took wlads jab away and wlad perfected Manny's jab, hold hit technique, a technique he first gave big Lennox after his early capitulations to the world of weak whiskers. Lennox was much more offensively minded before that as was wlad, but it's essentially the same technique.

I thought the referee was dreadful at aj v Parker, every time a fight threatened to break out he broke them up!! And it was back to jab jab grab....

This is a really good watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qRSZRIvWGtg

I like the No Filter series that BT do alongside their fights, so much more refreshing and insightful than the constant hyperbole that Sky can come out with.

That was a good video. These "behind the scenes" videos can be really good. WBSS do something similiar, albeit theirs is a bit different as they spend a bit more time on the before and after fight periods.

Still, good to watch.

+1. I’m really liking Ben Davidson too. Seems like a top bloke.

I worry about Davidson. He seems to be much more of a conditioner than a trainer, I think he is very lucky to have two such profligate talents, his job seems to me to keep them in shape and motivated. I worry we is not a strong enough character to boss a corner when the chips are down, or boss a camp when the talent can't be arsed (billy Joe had previous for this), he seems more of a cheerleader than a trainer at times

I can’t split them. Biggest puncher, Wilder. If he lands it’s game over. Best all rounder AJ. Best technical boxer Fury, faster on his feet and his movement is amazing. All of them can hit, depends on any given night.

I don't even think there is 'one'. Styles make fights and I think each of them is going to struggle differently against the other.

Once Fury is back to his best (he definitely wasn't quite there in his first Wilder fight) I don't think Wilder will be given the opportunities to touch him and it'll be an easy 12 round win to Fury. AJ vs Wilder is more interesting because AJ will definitely give up opportunities to hit him and if Wilder takes one of them he's probably less likely to get off the canvas than Fury, who did his best impersonation of Jesus in the 12th. Similarly, I think AJ will cause Fury more problems, he'll land more on him and Fury could easily get knocked out.

Honestly think if the fights happen as much as they should, there's very little chance of anyone maintaining their unbeaten record. You've got to win 4 fights for that and I can't see any of them doing it.

If you had too pick one to remain undefeated who would it be?

Fury for me.

Same. Something like Fury>>>AJ>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Wilder

I just can't see Wilder not winning in 4 fights though - he proved against Fury he can land knockout blows on anyone and in 4 fights with him somebody's going to sleep.

Shambolic.
Hughie was wide open, lazy looping shots, off balance. Norrad was absolute shyte, only threw 12 shots in the first round, and landed 2. Hughie warned in the first round for hitting low, and also hitting to the back of the head.
So, second round and more of the same, then Hughie hits to the back of the head again and puts him down. Bloke takes one knee by the count of 3, looks fine, gets up exactly as ref counts from 8 to 9, and then ref waves fight off wtf ?
If anything Hughie should have been disqualified, but at least the bloke should have been allowed to fight on, and Hughie given another final warning.
Hughie isn't even the best Domestic heavyweight, let alone european, so there is zero chance of him fighting at world level.
Looking to the 'crowd' (I use that term loosely) it was pathetic. Seen more people round the neighbours BBQ's.
