Marcellus Wilder, the bum who attacked Breazeal at a hotel when he was with his wife & kids, the bum who got in Bellew's face just because he had his security crew backing him, got knocked the f out in 4 rounds by a journeyman who has lost 12 ond only won 6 LOLOL !!!
Thurman just about did enough to win, using his speed and v good movement. He was on very shaky legs in the 7th tho, just a shame Lopez had no power to finish him off.
Kownacki was a fat blob, who only won because Washington is even worse than he was. Neither had any head movement, any foot movement, and both were slow, lumbering, useless, sluggers who will never trouble the top 15.

Good to see Joyce getting a fight against Stiverne because it's a good name for him to have on his CV, and will help with ranking and profile a bit. I don't think his personality helps him a lot on that front.
The fight itself will be over within 1-2 rounds though, Joyce will eat him for breakfast.
He's the dark horse of the division for me, rarely spoken about, not many people rate him, but he's the most dangerous heavyweight without a belt. He's called out so many boxers, everyone single one has refused to fight him (Allen, Whyte, Chisora, Miller, from memory..).
I like him a lot and hope he gets to fight for a title at some point, will be very difficult though as zero chance of anyone picking him as a voluntary and he's 33 so not sure if he has enough time to realistically get into mandatory position?

Mmmmm I'm just not convinced with him. He looks uncomfortable, doesn't move tremendously well but does have good power & decent fundamentals. I'm more than happy to be proved wrong with him but I just don't think he has what it takes to be the top dog.The fight itself will be over within 1-2 rounds though, Joyce will eat him for breakfast.

I just can't get past Usyk soundly outboxing him when he fought him in the WSB. However, I will say that I massively rate Usyk and do think that if he can overcome the tremendous size disadvantage against he likes of Joshua, Fury and WIlder that he could well be a modern day Holyfield.

Think you are being kind. He is as stiff as a board. He movement is only slightly worse than Robocop. Maybe Abel Sanchez will be able to work some magic, but I doubt it. There is no doubt though about his workrate, his attitude is very good, and I'm sure he is as strong as an ox. But future world champion... I don't think so...
so.... if any of you boys want to know what it looks like to be out of training for ages with back injury after back injury with a sprinkling of christmas fat thrown in for good measure...please feel free to ridicule me blowing out of my arse during my first spar back in ages....legs felt like they were made out of lego bricks, handspeed seems to have deserted me somewhat....oh, and its not a trick of the camera , my nose really was that big and red as a result of getting popped on it by a kid who is 22 years my junior
