Treadmill for £400

Wife and I do a fare bit of walking but when the weather turns it’s not nice going out so we have been looking at treadmills but there are so many.
We would like one that has a max speed of around 8kph so we also have the option to run if we want.
Anyone using one that cost no more than £400 that is any good?
