Hanging a punch bag to vault

This may not be in the right section so apologies, but I suspect the majority of those into boxing will be in the Sports room!

I am about to hang a punch bag into a vaulted ceiling, timbers are exposed to get access and put up any additional strengthening but I need to buy the correct mount/bracket. Has anyone had experience with this? There are the usual options online but thinking about the angle and the force on the welded D-ring I am not sure if they would be suitable.

Many years ago I had a punchbag in my room.

I drilled through the beam and through bolted a ring and then had the bag on a carabina to clip it up.

Worked pretty well

Thanks for that, I had seen a few that had the carabiners attached just wasn't sure on the metal on metal friction over time as I guess they are designed for rope.
