Right, AJ Vs Franklin prediction time!
Unfortunately I normally predict what I want to happen rather than what I think will happen but this time I’m aligned (I think!)
Cagey first couple of rounds.
AJ turns it on from round 3 and knocks Franklin out in 1:30 into round 4.

I want the above to happen so hopefully we get a showdown between AJ and Fury.

If AJ has trained right then he stops Franklin by half way.

AJ knocks Franklin out in round one..
This causes a problem as the headlines will be "AJ is back with a vengeance" when actually he could probably do with a few rounds of excellent boxing.

Agreed, 6 or 7 tough rounds would do him no harm.

AJ weighs in at a career heaviest weight 255lbs (18.2stone, 115.6 kg). Signs he's going the big hammer route ?

All knockouts are in one round!
I think this one will be in one round 4,5 or 6.

he also weighed in with full shorts, cap, giant watch and seems to have less muscle definition.
Almost like hes not cut down to almost bodybuilder levels of fat in order to keep that massive frame from gassing before round 4 is out.

If it goes longer than 6 rounds AJ for me loses. I’m going to go for Franklin on points.

I've got concerns now, career heaviest against a slick guy with a good chin? Seems like a bizarre decision, as does 'going after' Franklin to make a statement. I'd assumed AJ would utilise his jab, get sone rounds in and either win on points or stop Franklin late. I get the vibe he feels the need to make a statement now, potential banana skin?

Aj has only been stopped once in a freak result easily avenged.
Lost twice on points to a p4p great.

So, now he gets knocked out by anyone and everyone?

And when has he gassed?
He flagged at the end of the 2 usyk fights, which cost him the second, but against a bit of a freak, stamina / work rate wise, in usyk , who wouldn't?

AJ wins rounds 6 to 8 for me.

Aj should win but I'm concerned he gets outhussled, even winning a dodgy decision would really hurt him.

Man, some people really underrate AJ.

He's stopping Franklin inside 6, bet the house on it
