I did pull a face when I saw George Ford on the subs bench, able to cover probably just the 10 spot, but his eye for the play and those flat, cut-out passes, were sublime.
Yes i had to eat my words somewhat.
You are not alone

I'll be the contrary Mary here. I agree GF was class when he came on - but we knew that anyway. The question is whether Finn or the flying haircut could've done the same - I'd argue that the answer is quite probably 'yes'. I guess the thinking for SB is that Finn is likely to be headed to Oz in the summer so getting GF back in the groove in conjunction with MS for England's summer tour?

England? Did a great job on Saturday, but second place flattered them after they were beaten by the French and Scots comfortably apart from on the score board.
So not beaten then.

Well done you managed to read the first 21 words of a sentence but ran out of steam to read the final 6. Must have been bed time.

The objective of the game of Rugby is to score the most points, the team that achieves this can be said to have 'beaten' the other team.

You seem to have managed to miss the entire point of rugby in that it is a game played, watched and discussed in good spirit.

Perhaps you would be better suited to football...
