Not sure if anyone has seen this yet but UFC239 in July is only being shown on BT sport box office. I believe its a 20 quid PPV event!!! It is a great card but I just don't see any interest in this especially as it's 3am main card. I thought the odd card perhaps in UK or with Conor might be PPV but I hope this isn't a sign of things to come. I pay already for BT sport so I'm not paying again for a UFC card.

FFS that John Jones vs Thiago Santos too!!

Not good.

BT Sport are a perfect fit for me as my two favourite sports are Moto GP and UFC. Don't watch anything else except BSB/WSB and F1 (don't even have time to watch all that!). Have felt for a while it seems almost too good to be true given what else is out there pay per view only.

Aye, that was pretty much the perfect head kick by Schevchenko.

Jimmy Manuwa has retired after his knockout, as has Gustafsson!

Predictably, BT are starting to monetise their contract. UFC 239 is moving to BT Box Office. I'm sure this won't be a one-off.

Hopefully it's a trial. UFC isn't massive in the UK out of all my mates about 4 of them watch it regularly, I suspect it'll flop

Bellator on Sky Sports every now and again is enjoyable. Couple of decent fights from MSG the other night.

Yeah, Rory made Nieman Gracie look like a rookie in striking and groundwork.

Gracie tried and tried and just couldn't get anywhere. The other fella looked top draw though, final should be decent. Nice to see the sportsmanship and respect after the fight in contrast to Dillon Danis who looked like he had a hand picked chump to further ease into MMA with.

I kinda fancy holy holm for an upset tonight, anyone else give her a chance? I think she has the cardio and skillet to stop nunes from settling in, negate her powerful, but wild, striking, and burst her up from range. I may be wrong but I suspect the cyborg fight paint nunes, who is excellent, in a very artificial light. It was a bombs away slugfest, holm way to cute to get caught up in that.

So, tenner accumulator on holm and Santos to return 180 quid. Not a hope in hell but they should be good fights.

I get what you're saying, but I think Nunes has too much over all for HH.

Brave bet on Santos, but I doubt he'll trouble Bones.

I'm most looking forward to the Askren v Masvidal bout.

Always worth a wee punt when someone is as volatile, unpredictable and powerful as Santos but I agree, Jones is too complete, comfortable at any range, but he is a terrible human, I will always have a tenner on the other guy and hope karma catches him one day!!

Really looking forward to the nunes fight

Aye, Jones is like Mayweather. Peerless at his profession, but we all do the PPV hoping to see him get starched...

Not buying it, it has been free through BT on my virgin package up till now, but they now seem hellbent on having almost every 'big' fight ppv now, I subscribe to boxnation which is looking more and more like a waste of money.

Not buying it either, I'll find the highlights somewhat tomorrow
