Black woman's racist rant on a London bus

Much is made of the fact the woman is black. It's as though there's a shock that people other than white Brits are racist.

The woman was especially nasty.

Well... it wasn't that long ago that she would be finding herself on the other end of a st load of racial abuse.

It either comes down to...

1/ She is not the full shilling.
or
2/ She is a horrid bigoted woman.

Reminds me why I have more sympathy for bus drivers, rather than tube drivers. Also reminds of something I was told at school as motivation to get on - do you want to spend the rest of your life catching the bus.

I was a london bus driver for 5 yrs, saw this sort of thing all the time, and had to deal with it, and tube drivers earn much more than bus drivers.

Black people are just as racist as anyone else.

Same thing happened on a bus (culprits got off the No.57 at The Cavern in Raynes Park) but with a white couple - more specifically the female partner who had a massive rant at a teenager sat next to me. It doesn't stop me taking buses per se but I do just to keep my interactions with the riff-raff to a minimum i.e. avoiding chavvy pubs and certain routes.
