Yes, it'd be useful to know where to avoid.

Tame last year at BSJ. They have barriers on the roundabout and armed police.

Kills the mood which is a good thing....

I agree - all quiet on BSJ for almost the entire weekend. Some tt was practicing his bugling at 6:00am one day, which did not find universal support. Also lighting Chinese lanterns when everything was tinder dry was not the work of future Einsteins.

I think that BSJ has retained a bad reputation which it earned a few years ago. That said, when I got the opportunity to book Bleu Nord for the Classic, I jumped at it, mainly because how far the far end of BSJ is from the grandstands on the pit straight.

Seemed to kick off late Sunday night instead with exploding gas bottles, fireworks and burnouts/donuts.

Police had the main onsite points locked down heavily with armed Police on Friday.

Reasonable fun deep inside BSJ near Porsche curves - 10 to 15 cars taking turns on grass figure 8 curve, a couple of decent firwork displays and only 2 or 3 gas cannisters a fair way away.

A few cars in Porsche curves start just away from public road bit doing donuts including a F Type whose probably getting new tyres today smile

We stuck around on BluNord on Sunday and rather wished we hadn't.

A complete knob cheese in a Mk2 Escort nearly wiped out a tent and at least two parked cars. A bigger knob cheese in an M4 did the same and very nearly took out a little lad. And then some pillock decided he'd not bother with the bins and throw his rubbish in a tent and set fire to it resulting in the Fire Brigade turning up.

All of them Brits as well. I only hope they weren't PH'rs

Saw that blue Escort, he kept going and going as well which I found a bit odd.

Some cock threw a double mattress (not an airbed an actual mattress) onto that fire, sending the black smoke up and almost over the airfield next door... Wasn't surprised when the trucks arrived to hose it down.

Bleu Sud was great on Sunday, very calm. We saw the fire brigade on Nord and heard some muppet revving something massively.

Friday saw nothing until about 8pm outside Bleu Sud. At this point there were a couple of people enjoying themselves quite respectfully for a brief period until the police arrived. They didn't leave for ~90 mins by which point it was dark and that ended.

It kicked off outside Mulligans pub in lemans on Friday night, the sheer volume of people outside not letting cars through unless they reved or wheel span. I think I even over heard a game of Assholes, where someone sticks there arse on the car as it passes!!
