Our engine is looking Ruff biggrin
Think it's a V8 Rover.
I thought it was a V Paw? hehe
Was it displayed at the Kennels?
No but it lead the pack around the track
So I suppose it would win a lot

Bit O/T but have you seen how fast the David Wilson development is going up at Madgwick? I don't see the rush given that Cala homes are struggling to sell what is already at Shopwick across the A27.
Not O/T, You want to see the area that is being turned into an estate next to the southern end of the Centurion Way. Allegedly 750 new homes and bugg*ring up the end of the Centurion way eventually.

https://chichester.moderngov.co.uk/documents/s6792...

I got the 4000 total new homes figure from the local free rag. Given what's going on it doesn't seem implausible. Here is a more pessimistic view.

https://www.spiritfm.net/news/sussex-news/2731227/...

The Chichester we know & love is disappearing.

Having said that, a conversation I had with a local builder confirmed houses already built aren't selling very well so there may be hope.

Totally agree and not over the top, nimby maybe but hey so am I...

I live on centurion way and it’s such a shame to see the Southern end changing beyond recognition.

Crazy thing is there are still unsold homes on the big “new” estate in Bersted as well as the Carla Homes ones at Oving, I suspect it will take while to sell them all?

Same all over new housing estates going up whilst recently built houses remain unsold - I’m probably wrong but don’t really see the need for all the homes

Ian, I can't remember: are grid passes issued for the original date are valid or do we apply again?

I think they said apply again. I seem to recall there was a link and I reapplied but (Obviously) haven't heard anything so far.

I've applied again, and booked for 'Simply BMW' at Beaulieu on the same day as you can enter up to 2pm and only an hour between venues. Hopefully will get accepted again for Goodwood and can then become a 2 location full fun day out. Please don't rain!

I've been watching how humans behave and it's plain to see hardly anyone knows how to social distance, young people (teenagers) are walking about in groups without a care in the world as if everything is normal, Older people in their 50s and 60s + walking about without masks and wondering about in shops as if they are some kind of elitist Gods.

So I have pretty much written off this year and will not be attending any Goodwood events.

I was about to apply again since my car was accepted the last time round and have given it a second thought for the same reason.

Being in the vulnerable category, it is best I give it a miss this year.

I assume so because there is a cycle round the track billed for that morning.
