In light of yesterday's announcement, what do people want to try and do for this year?

If we were to organise a weekend camping event in the UK where you could come and watch the race similar to our private campsite on Bleu Nord, would you be interested?

need some more options for the vote!

I will hopefully be joining a group of friends, we will recreate our pitch as best we can.
Luckily we will have clean inside loos and good showers, but will do as much outside as we can, weather depending.

Depends where and what the event would look like.

As much as it pains me, i’ll be watching from home. putting a positive slant on it.... my 4 year old took an interest last year..... so i may pitch a tent in the garden and have him sat next to me watching the race at my favourite time...... as the sun sets....

If I can sensibly get there and back without quarantine I'll be there, and if I can buy a ticket of course!

Well I'd like to completely miss Le Mans and spend that weekend in Wales for the wife's birthday.

Sorry that's a complete lie, seriously life sucks...

I had a similar situation back in 2016…..

And don’t get me started on the fact that Father’s day usually falls on the same weekend as Le Mans! (albeit my stock response is always “well if it’s supposed to be Father’s day then surely a Father should be able to do what he wants……. in this be in another country with his mates watching cars go round a track for 24 hours”)

Now be honest, how much of the 24 hours so you see the cars?

Her: your kids have never seen you on Fathers day
Me: and?
Her: well doesn't that bother you?
Me: no
Her: so you think that's acceptable?
Me: obviously
Her: can we all come to Le Mans?
Me: ...(walks out the room laughing)

It looks highly likely our Brexit vote and COVID will stop us Brits getting to LM 2021.
