Usually travel down and stay at Portsmouth then head across on the morning.

Any other recommendations for anywhere nice to stay for the event ? Will need to be the Thursday night as attending Friday this year.

I have recommended this hotel before, far enough away to not to be too expensive and a nice cross country drive (avoiding chichester)

Travelling down thursday night staying at one of the closest hotels I could find that was still available. £230 for a travelodge ffs that will teach me to leave it late.

Friday going to stop somewhere else maybe Central london for a nice hotel, food and fancy somewhere with a pool / jacuzzi to chill for an hour afterwards if any recommendations.

We've always had the best luck by heading South of the event towars Portsmouth - if you think the majority of people are coming from the North of the event, the accomodation tends to be more sought after anywhere North/East/West of Goodwood/Chichester.
