THanks for the heads up.

We are going tomorrow for the day, will get there for ~0800 too into the car parks.

We're coming from Bognor Butlins and staying for a few days so any recommendations for a pub to watch the tennis and footie on Sunday around Bognor area most appreciated.

Booked the Bultins last year as soon as we got the cancellation ticket notification from 2023!

We're setting off soon to stay in Wokingham ready for an early start tomorrow.

What's it like in terms of content? Plenty of old F1 & Group C hopefully?

Is the Chaparral 2J there? The one with two fans stuck on the back?

Thanks.

Hmm, that's weird. They've changed the URL.

Here's the working link:

Carparks and surrounding lanes a wet, muddy mess this morning, but all traffic seems to be moving OK ATM.
I think I know the answer based on this, but…it being the FOS I’d like to come in my GT3 (tomorrow) but feels like I might be safer in my wife’s X3? I normally end up in car park N/P/S area. Thanks for any input.

It would be weird for most other websites but quite normal for Goodwood. Don't bother bookmarking anything!

I was there today, in car park M. It had rained overnight so was a bit slippery first thing but by the afternoon the access track was completely dry and no problem at all getting out.

To echo mythdat's post - absolutely no issues leaving car park M in the end and I was amazed how well it had dried out.

I left the Forward parking just after 4pm and literally drove straight out without coming to a stop once. I had driven in at 0640, again without having to queue.

A wonderful day and Horacio Pagani was doing selfies at the Pagani stand so that made my son's day.

We were in car park S today, no issues at all, was some drizzle early on but dried out pretty quickly.

Had a great day, the timed run this afternoon was a highlight, especially the Huckster going sideways out of Molecomb, he gives it everything! The Alpine A290 is pretty cool too.

It's all dried up now. A few muddy patches but nothing to worry about.

When I look at the timetable for tomorrow, between 13:30 and 15:30 there are only Hillclimb events. Does it mean the location marked as Hillclimb on the map is the only one where there will be anything happening in these hours?

The hill climb is over a mile long with plenty of places along it to watch, it's not just one spot. Plus the event site is massive, plenty to explore outside of the timetable.

Sounds like you might be looking at the very basic map on the app/website? Grab this one instead, it's miles better:

Great day today, in at 8.30ish and away by 4. Event never gets repetitive for me, so much absolutely ridiculously rare, iconic, valuable, stupendously incredible metal to see!

Of note today, compared to last year, was the growing number of Chinese marques on display, several of which I'd never heard of (and can't even remember!).
Aside from all the iconic historic stuff, the new stuff, even that from mainstream marques is just overwhelming. Despite people lamenting over the change from the early days of FOS this is absolutely a world class event and truly unique.

Does anyone know if the partner guest ticket is just the lanyard itself or lanyard plus a separate ticket?

Hi all
Going to the FOS tomorrow, me and my son first timers
Got a rough idea of what we want to see but wondering if there’s any “must see- do not miss at any cost” things.
Also looking to get there for opening- would like to get a decent breakfast in before entering the site - does anyone know where might be open given it’ll be early doors Sunday morning.I’m guessing Given the time of day maccy d is probably going to be the only option frown We’re coming in from the east
Thanks

Absolutely fantastic to see Michael Dunlop being recognised for his achievements.

I’ve followed him a lot over the last decade.

I honestly thought he’d feel a bit uncomfortable up on the balcony.Especially for someone who avoids
The limelight.

He’s handling with aplomb.

A true motorsport legend.
