Called the ticket office and they said email confirmations are being sent out over the next couple of days for this Sunday's breakfast event....as I have not heard anything on my application but it's sold out apparently....

A272 convoy this Sunday?

Anyone heading to this Sunday's breakfast meet, from the East, fancy meeting enroute for a little convoy on the A272?

My car is ‘in’ for Sunday and I don’t mind the donation. It has been a missed trick for years but
I wonder what it will do for numbers?
Weather looks good.

I also seemed to manage to book two tickets (prior)to car being accepted - is that because I’m a member?

Hopefully keep them down...

As it is voluntary, I very much doubt that.

You should have received an email from Goodwood Motor Circuit with the title of "Welcome to the Breakfast Club"

You need to click the "Finalise Your Registration" button to confirm your attendance.

The email will also included directions to your allocated area giving you a colour and a gate number to go through - EG RED and Gate 11

Each accepted vehicle for display grants access for you and your passengers.

At the bottom of the email you should have a pass detailing the make and model and reg number of your car.
Print this pass out and display in your windscreen.

Not meant to be a funny question but how do you know you've been accepted? Surely that will contain the necessary instructions?

Is tomorrow members only even for spectators? Won’t let me book a ticket.

Scrap that. It’s sold out. That’s why I can’t get a ticket. Dropped the ball this year for tickets. If anyone has 2 adult tickets they won’t use tomorrow I’d really appreciate it!

I thought breakfast club was dreadful this morning. Only a handful of special cars.

Goodwood, do better.

Yeah just an Enzo, 2 F40’s, 2 Mercedes SLR’s and a Carrera GT.

I think the variety was great but it was empty for cars

Personally I felt the opposite. Normally do Supercar Sunday so this was my first taxed and tested but I preferred it. A nice variety of cars and some interesting motors plus some blasts from the past. Made a change from looking at row after row of GT3 RS and McLaren’s.

Plenty of cars but not a lot to my taste. Current performance cars do very little for me. I think the GRRC and Classic days will be better.

It was ok today but yes a lot of modern.

Yes, i enjoyed it, obviously loads of Ferraris, Porsches, some McLarens but some interesting cars too. That said, one paddock seemed to be entirely BMWs and another entirely Fords so not a lot of mixture there. Anyway, it's free so to say "Goodwood, do better" sounds a bit entitled. It was a nice morning drive down, bacon & egg roll from the NAFFI chat some like mined owners and a pleasant drive home in the sun. Can't see anything to moan about. biglaugh I always miss Supercar Sunday as that's not of interest to me.

Enjoyed it personally. I wonder if anyone else noticed the nice policeman sitting on the other side of the road just outside Midhurst as the limit changed to 40

The Police and vans are out and about all round the area when Goodwood have an event. You have to be a bit stupid to ignore speed limits on these days.
