Great!

means you've lost your lard advantage going down the hills wink
More aerodynamic though now, and less tired from going up the hill, and I know the road now. I'd still beat you... wink

To keep things simple, wouldn't it be best keeping to one of the exsisting designs?

Quite like the look of the original myself, plus it keeps the order simple if they only want to do another batch of 25.

I guess I'd better get in quick as I missed the first 2 banghead, was down for the 3rd but that was cancelled unfortunately frown.

What's the best way of doing this - is it through the new shop supplier, or going back to the company that made them last time and asking for a repeat?
We'll approach both and see what works out better.

Probably won't be immediate, but the ball is rolling....slowly.

I'd definitely have one if the fit was more gentlemanly. No Lycra sausage skin for me thanks, the world has enough horror in it, and I retired my skin tight kit when I stopped rowing.

In fact, can you do one in a nice Harris tweed please Garlick?

ETA: I don't mind the road version, but ideally would like the MTB version if that ever becomes an option.

A very un PH question. But, how much were they.

I'd quite like especially in yellow.

I've got similar thoughts on colours, or maybe inverse - white image, black background, but I'll take it almost any shade apart from what the girls would describe as a fetching shade of pink.

Foskas regular/off the shelf designs are around £50 ... I'd hope for something along those prices?

Did someone say yellow? Here is the design/colour (right was preferred I seem to recollect) that we were lined up for last time

Can't believe that was July 2010! eek

I'm liking that, although it does hurt my eyes a little (benefits of having a rather wicked calibrated display turned all the way up).

Will be epic, something definitely needed in my life.

The thing with yellow jerseys is their association with winning the TDF. I know the rest of you are super-fit race winning athletes, but am I alone in thinking they're a bit naff.

You've got to be st hot to wear something that colour.

The closest analogy I can think of is turning up for a game of 5 a side in a pair of gold footy boots.

great moment at hit the north earlier this year.
stopped to chat with a guy competing on a singlespeed, he was wearing a thor hushovd rainbow jersey, another guy comes up, points at a sponsor on the jersey and says "i work for these people, we sponsor you", first guy says "you know i'm not teh world champion right?".... maybe you had to be there....

to me there is no difference between wearing a random cyclist wearing a rainbow/yellow etc jersey and all the england football supporters wearing a replica shirt with "rooney" or something on the back, its just most cyclists are a bunch of conceited, snobbish stuck up fkwits with no sense of fun... yellow isnt a bad colour for a road jersey, anything that might stop me getting knocked off by a SMIDSY helps....

I see both sides of the argument. I'm in the camp of "If you didn't earn it, or weren't given it by someone who did, don't wear it."

It doesn't infuriate me when I see supporters in replica football shirts, but I struggle to see the point.
