I live right on a route frequented by many club rides and each Monday morning I can often count many discarded gel wrappers. And those gas cannisters, and old tubes. Pathetic.

It's what I have a back jersey pocket for.

And in case people think it's a roadie thing, it;'s most definitely not. Our local downhill trails are forever littered with cans of Monster and Red Bull and blown inner tubes. The core - especially the trailbuilders - will often arrive with bin bags to womble up, but they can only do so much and can hope to find every sracp the inconsiderate discard.

I'd say 90% of people are sick of it, but the 10% just don't know or care. People = st.
