Actually, not the full lot really - just the shifter, derailleur, and cassette. Its all about £312 on CRC at the mo.

Oooh, CRC have put their prices up. XTR deraileur was £115.49 yesterday, £129.99 today, and the shifter has gone from £72 to £74.
Gotta love Black Friday week!

I've been keeping an eye out for an XT or XTR Di2 shifting kit. Hopefully there'll be something in the Black Friday sales.
I scored a bargain last year with a set of Ultegra 11 speed hydraulic shifters/brakes for £140. Hoping for the same kind of deals this year!
