Unlikely given it takes most people the same time as it would to ride 60 or 70 on their own. Its also about the easiest route you could imagine considering it goes out through Surrey.
This is spot on, i'd say the three hills that are in this run are not the toughest in surrey by a long way.I had the misfortune to do Whitedown & Coombe the other week , not ideal for a lardy like myself.

5.40am for me - but probably as we're doing it as a team.
Going off in the 1st wave and being at the pointy end brings its issues Rob ... You will have random cars from stubborn / clueless drivers , you will have caught out marshals still asleep and barriers all over the place in random spots . In both the years ive been sat in the top 20 surfing the wheels we have come to a standstill 2-3 times, be it only for 1-2 mins, the chaos quickly escalates as riders from behind get totally and utterly obsessed with not loosing time at all costs . London is safer than the lanes once in Surrey . Im off a 6.15am ... Gonna miss the 32mph average speed for the 1st 5miles.. its a mega rip up , love it.
