Interesting that is based purely on inside data. What about their bike handling? They could have 6 W/Kg but can they actually ride a bike outside?

I am sure they can but. Good on him

You do have to submit a CV as such, with past racing results and also they have access to your previous data as they ask you to upload those aswell. So it's pretty simple to work out who actually has some proper racing experience(all of those will have racing at high/domestic level experience thats for sure).

Check out Francis Cade on YouTube, he's just spent a week with DD in South Africa for the Zwift thing.

Fortunately that's the easiest part to learn. If you don't have 6W/Kg, you don't have 6W/Kg. All you have to do to be better at the technical side of riding a bike is... ride a bike a bit more!
