Already have these from new on my Synapse and now been offered a pair complete with tyres from a pal's Canondale Supersix which I would put on my Boardman Road Team Carbon (used as a winter / occasional bike). That still has the original (and I'm led to believe fairly pants) wheels.

They are very lightly used (he has pretty much straightaway upgraded to some fancy things with ceramic bearing hubs and they are in as new condition, been offered them for around £550.

What do the panel reckon??

On a Boardman team carbon, I wouldn’t bother. I’m sure you could get a FSA chainset that’s better value.

Upgrade the wheels first, I had a road team carbon and upgraded the wheels to mavic krysium’s, transformed the bike as the original wheels where heavy and quite flexible.

Those Cannondale sisl2 cranks and chainrings are some of the lightest alloy components around iirc.

I'm sure the OP is talking about wheels not cranks smile

yep wheels!

been meaning to upgrade them from the standard ones for ages and this seems like a good solution to me but have no idea what they are worth.
