No, it's a Float X. A massive improvement over the DPS, I beg to differ with regards to it, as do most people who have that particular shock model supplied on the t130rs.
Its widely regarded as being st, Ive seen the posts and opinions on the internet, assume you thought it was 'bobby'?
It gave no feel back or confidence when over smaller bump sections on berms, or bump sensitivity. It was very much all or nothing, regardless of pressure changes I made.
The float makes such a difference, as does a lock out switch that actually makes climbing easier.

Especially once selling the old one it only owes me £65

Was it you that did a build thread on this on one of the retro fb pages? Looks familiar.

New forks fitted with a bump to 160mm.

(uncut steerer in these pics, it's been cut and fitted properly since)
Nice choice. I've heard from a few journo types that they're really good
It is indeed, only one ride done but very plush over small bumps.

I've shown this before but I utterly adore this bike. Ellsworth not such a huge brand (and seems to teeter on the edge of bankruptcy constantly) but such a plush thing to ride.

This is it last night, taking all the punishment that the winter mud can throw!

Thought I would give road cycling a whirl, picked up this rather bruised/well used 2011 Raleigh Team Sprint for my training rig when I can't get to the trails as easily during the week.

Can't argue for £50!!

It ain't no carbon dream machine and bike brand snobs may sneer (Raleigh must have some gravitas) but, looks presentable and goes ok, just needs some new tyres.

I have a colleague who want's to try road biking, I told her to pick something up off Facebook Marketplace for about £100-£250, and just get out and ride.

She has a friend who can help her get her position about right and she won't lose much if she finds out she doesn't like it.

Looks like you're doing the same. thumbup Nice one!

If you have any questions, the Pedal Powered area of PH is pretty friendly, someone will be able to help.

Gave my ‘Bike Office’ its first proper clean so snapped a couple of photos while all of my bikes were outside.

2011 (I think) Specialized Allez Sport
Used for winter riding and summer pub duties.

2014 GT Avalanche

1979 (so I’m told) Peugeot Premiere
A lockdown purchase. To be used in the summer for countryside rides to the pub. I want to do a bit of restoration work on her to help increase my bike knowledge. A friend of mine runs a workshop (Apps Cycleworks for anyone around the Hitchin/Stevenage/Harpenden area) and he’s offered to help.

2016 Bianchi Intrepida
My summer bike. She got some good use last year!

Back in their usual spot

Thanks! It was only delivered Wednesday and if I'm honest I only noticed them after I took the photo hehe They've been removed, don't worry smile

Didn't expect to see one here - what model is that, I can't make it out?

I'm picking up a second-hand Epiphany soon. Can't wait!

We are midway through making our garage more like a gym than a garage with gym equipment in it. Part of the process has been better more secure and tidier bike storage. So here’s our bike wall. The wife definitely has the nicer bikes.

Hiplock airlocks

If you consider buying any I would recommend ringing the company up and haggling a price.

New (to me) bike day! 2016 Elsworth Epiphany C XC. I love some of the details, it's a stunning looking thing. Inaugural ride was somewhat snowy hehe

Saddle is crap, and the super soft DH tyres need to go, but otherwise I'm very pleased smile

The bike that made me sell a gravel bike, a CX bike and a toad bike (because with 2 sets of wheels it does everything i need it to do :

And in a similar vein, the MTB that made me sell my other MTB’s:

New (to me) Yeti SB5c. It’s 5 years old but still by some measure the best trail bike I’ve ever ridden. Years ahead of my previous Trek Fuel, and also the Santa Cruz Branson I’ve been riding lately.

XTR and DVO diamond forks.

Unfortunately, having handed over my 2 grand, I discovered when I got it home (bought off FB Marketplace) that the ‘anti theft’ sticker was covering a load of paint damage, and the e*thirteen wheels...well...they’re not e*thirteen wheels. Buyer beware and all that (bought in Hong Kong, I outed the guy on the local mtb page).

Because it annoyed me, I’ve ordered a load of new parts from CRC to make it ‘mine’. Will get new wheels in due course.

It’s getting a bit crowded in here now, though...

I played the smart game, the bought the Commencal for the mrs so I needed to get something to go out with her..so altruistic.

Started accumulating parts for my lads 26er as soon as I’d finished his 24er. Mainly eBay bargains, hand me downs with a few new parts. Built with weight in mind to help with the climbs - came in at 9kg which I’m pretty happy with

Spec......

Giant Talon XS frame (surprisingly light)
Rock shox SID 100mm forks
Fulcrum Red Carbon wheels (Sweet!!) yum
XT 11 speed group set inc. brakes
Schwalbe Rocket Ron’s tubeless
Islabike chainset & titanium BB
Carbon bars and seatpost.

Far better than my first couple of bikes - actually a little bit jealous wink
