I imagine they get lots of similair enquiries each day and deal with them in some sort of order. Maybe they are prioritising sold orders , warranty claims and firm orders. For me, a simple we are travelling currently sourcing new products (or similar) but to delete?

What did you write to them? And how long ago?

This facet of the bike industry never fails to amaze me. Far too many unresponsive parts and bike manufactures.
Whilst I'm not blind to price, I only tend to repeat buy stuff if the company gives good service... Be that a seller or manufacturer.

Have you read their 'Contact us' page?I' ve pasted it below just for ease....

They also appear to have 2 separate contact forms. One for general stuff and one for existing orders. I'm guessing they get lots and lots of emails daily and have to prioritise.
