The "Show off your bike" thread!

Been working on my 'vintage' bike.
Took it apart and I wasn't going to respray it due to not being able to replace the decals but then I found a place which doe just that.
So stripped the frame back, painted, stickered it and lacquered it.
The paint's not a match to original but it's deliberate.
I'm currently spending my evenings polishing spokes. It's challenging!

Decided to get a new MTB to replace the 7 year old Boardman Team HT.
With C2W, trade-in and 10% off vouchers I managed to pick this up from Cycle Republic for about £775. Very happy with it so far.
I'm surprised you were able to use anything but the C2W voucher. With C2W, trade-in and 10% off vouchers I managed to pick this up from Cycle Republic for about £775. Very happy with it so far.
Halfords are quite clear in their policy, C2W voucher is the only way to pay. Anything else confuses the 'ownership' grey area of C2W even further.

I totally agree - but I found that Cycle Republic are a lot more open to money being added on top. As far as I am concerned, the employer owns the bike, even though I had to put £193 towards it. I'd write this off if I had to - but I also own the company so I doubt it will ever become an issue.Halfords are quite clear in their policy, C2W voucher is the only way to pay. Almost finished reframing my London Road onto a Viner Mitus disk frame, very marmite colour, still not 100% I got the right one (other option is grey/chrome) Just need to pick up some 140mm rotors tomorrow and fit the chain/set the gears

Picked up my new bike on friday, so of course it rained most of the weekend! Had a quick ride to the bottom of the road today, need to sort out the seat height still.
I'm thinking of getting something similar and would appreciate the details?
adding -looks like a Pinnacle
I went for the 8 spd Alfine hub variant to (hopefully) reduce winter maintenance. Yours looks great on gumwalls though...
2018 Orange Stage Four.
Combined my 27.5" trial bike and my rigid steel 29er into one. Started as 'buy new frame swap parts over' ended up as 99% new bike.
Its properly awesome though, I wanted long, low, slack, reasonable weight and it hits the spot big time, aswell as looking cool as. Well pleased.

Forgive me brothers (and sisters) it has been almost 5 years since my last confession...
I've now got my Cycle Scheme funded Pinnacle Arkose 8 which will become my new commuting wagon.
Since getting it I've de-stickered, de-belled and de-reflectored, flipped the stem and replaced the tyres with Gator Hardshells in 32c size. (This does make it look a bit like a Super-Motard motorbike, being a gravel frame on roadie tyres, but should be perfect for it's intended use.)
I have guards and a rack to go on, which might get done tonight.
There is a new seatpost on the way, as the supplied one is too short. Once that's in place I'll be setting the seat up nice and flat, and getting the bar tops flat as well. The Garmin might have to move, or go on a new mount, as it is loose there.
8 speed Alfine hub should be fine for the hilly commute I have, and minimal winter maintenance once the full guards are in place.
