It’s a 58 - the biggest they do, i’m 6’6.
The more expensive versions do come on deeper wheels - this is the “cheap” one - but i liked the blue and that’s only on mechanical ultegra.
Once my credit card has recovered i’ll probably run it on zipp 303’s
If you're buying new I'd not bother with 303s. They're too shallow for an all out aero frame - you'd be doing it a disservice. 404s, Enve 5.6, Mavic Comete or anything around 60mm would be more appropriate. The more expensive versions do come on deeper wheels - this is the “cheap” one - but i liked the blue and that’s only on mechanical ultegra.

I also took delivery of an S5 Ultegra, albeit an old model one, over Christmas. Which means that, reluctantly, my old S2 has to go.
I took some pictures of it for the advert today and I think that (despite the rubbish wheels and old chainset) it's still a fine looking bike. I hope someone gets a lot of use out of it.

It's bloomin' lovely! A proper work of art. Sadly, when I test rode one (several times) I just couldn't get on with it. I found it too light and "twitchy" at the front end. I'd set my heart on buying one too, found one cheaper than most places, and the shop had unboxed it and built it specifically for me to test one in the right size for me. It didn't go to waste as a customer at another branch of the same shop bought it as soon as I "let it go" (it was the only one they had left in that size). The one I was testing wasn't as pretty as yours though. Plain white, with black decals, and 105 group. It still bothers me, three years on, that I had to give my "dream bike" a miss. Don't get me wrong, I love the Trek Emonda I bought in it's stead (that bike is so much more stable and predictable through the steering for me) but it's "still not a Cervelo"...

I keep looking at the 2018 scalpel si 1 in the rutland sale - https://www.rutlandcycling.com/bikes/mountain-bike...Test rode it last year at the Malverns classic along with a yeti. Loved the Dale but it's a lot of cash...

2011 - later ones (post 2014 I think) have a deeper seat-tube with a slight cutout for the rear wheel.IN51GHT said:
This is just my little "B", but I love the raw lacquer finish, really shows off the quality of the brazing.
Started off as something I bought because I just liked the aesthetics of it, now I'm using it more & more, doing 60mile Sportives on it this year
Lovely. That's pretty much my perfect spec...if I ever get round to buying one like I should.Started off as something I bought because I just liked the aesthetics of it, now I'm using it more & more, doing 60mile Sportives on it this year
