Hi,

What’s available in the UK? I had a disappointing experience with WRC+ last year and they’ve just taken €49.99 from my PayPal account without me agreeing to auto renew my annual subscription.

We have BTHD via Sky / our Broadband account and I’ve heard the 2018 season will be fully covered on this platform.

However, try as I might, I can’t find the detailsfrown

Anyone know the score for 2018 coverage in the UK?

TVM,

Simon

Some live stage coverage on BT Sport (pay) and Red Bull TV (free) with daily evening highlights on both.

Channel 5 will have Monday evening highlights - although I haven't seen official confirmation of this yet.

Only repeating what's already been said;

BT Sport will have the odd live stage including the Sunday Power Stage, plus daily highlights.
RedBullTV will have the nightly highlights, plus 1 live stage on the Saturday of most events - and it's free!

Haven't heard about Ch5 Monday night highlight - but you'd hope it would still be there.

If you want to sign up for WRC+ All Live it's about 89.99 Euros......for the whole season.

I found WRC+ rubbish TBH, particularly on a smart TV frown

They’ve just taken money out of PayPal for the forthcoming season- without my permission!

I’d be happy with daily / full rally highlights.

You will have signed an agreement like Netflix or PS Plus that automatically enrols you, even if you don't want to carry on, you have to tell them or let them know, you can't simply expect them to email you, it is a massive con, but hopefully you will learn and remember for other things like Dorna MotoGP pass et,k they do the same sort of thing.

Write to them and complain, you might get a discount, though I doubt it, this is Red Bull remember

Utter con, trying to keep you paying.

I had this, last year. They gave me some B.s. about finding no trace of taking the payment and kept on about passing me to different departments! In the end I got my money back through my bank.

I know, was just teasing you with the default answer which UK's car insurance cos use as an excuse to fk customers over (in case of car insurance it is somewhat justified at least).

I got a “do one” type of response from WRC+ frown

I’ve raised a case with PayPal.

Not holding my breath for a positive resolution....

I thought wrc+ was pretty good last year, I don't have a smart tv though. I've just upgraded to all live, if you pay monthly its £9.49.

Were the onboards in HD last year and at a decent frame rate? I'd quite happily wait a couple days to be able to watch them in what is now a standard picture format!

Fingers crossed for you, my bank was very good getting the money back so it's worth trying with them too.

Well, PayPal have come good and have issued me with a refund on the basis that it was an unauthorised transaction.

Pretty pleased with that!
