A few people over on NSXCB have placed orders and are awaiting delivery of their cars in the coming few months - probably after Xmas.
That one with French plates has been used as a demonstrator and press car, as well as giving waiting customers and Honda employees an initial impression - it isn't a final spec car, more a late pre-production prototype, as I understand it..
Only Crown Honda in Hendon are going to be selling the new NSX - I'm not sure if they alone will be the sole service location - perhaps there is a return to base transportation deal as part of the warranty package, or perhaps a master technician will be sent to your local dealer to carry out the servicing?
Honda's UK HQ is in Bracknell these days - that's why you saw it round those parts.

Nice buy. I think the NSX will be pretty rare compared to other exotica such as Mac's and Lambo's and seems rather like an all weather supercar in the GT-R mould, but a lot smaller, lower and more sporty. They seem to have integrated the electronic power and turbo really well from reviews.

Y-spoke wheels? - I thought they weren't available in the UK - the Honda UK configurator only has the Interwoven wheels (or the Blade option), not the Acura Signature Y-spoke wheels..... I think thats it ordered it so long ago
