So how do Civics handle 150k miles?

Usual suspension, brakes, servicing (as per every car with 150k on them) or does the interior really start going on them?

Electrics all ok?

Engine and gearbox mounts?

Depends which generation you are talking about. That being said the 2006 Civic 2.2 i-CTDi that I had didn't much like hitting 50k, let alone 150k. I purchased it with approximately 20,000 miles on it at 2 years old, and before I sold it I had a laundry list of problems, fortunately all paid for under an extended guarantee. Can't remember off the top of my head but:

Bump Stops
Injector seals (twice)
Recall on a strip above the windscreen wasn't carried out correctly and had to be redone.
Rear lights replaced due to condensation
PAS Failure (Twice - second time they replaced the steering rack)
Gearbox shifting issues
Tailgate struts failing (meaning the boot didn't open fully)
Rear suspension being installed upside down(?!)

Then shortly after I sold it the clutch and DMF failed. Fortunately the warranty paid out (probably due to the low mileage).

I'm probably not a representative sample though....

I had a 10 year old FN2 with 90k on the clock.
In fairness it ran like a new one straight out the showroom.

Used to be a Honda Master Tech's car, I had all the receipts from 10 years of ownership and there were no nasties.

Radiator popped a week in to my ownership, thats about it.

Usual suspension bits, perishable bushes maybe if you're going to 150k, and new ball joints to tighten things up.
But my interior was mint.

Seat bolsters stayed nice, steering wheel still looked like a new one too.

BTW I didn't ever have any suspension work done up to point of selling at 90k so I was really happy with that

My wife has a 2008 5 door hatch
Has something like 140k, does about 8k per year,
Never a problem since she (I picked it) bought it.
Immaculate inside
The 1.8 vtech engine is a peach
The iShift box is faultless.

The only complaint, if can call it that, is the thin coat of red paint on the front bumper and bonnet, has a few chips, and rashes from her motorway driving.
She gets an independent to service it just oils and filters for 80.00, just before MOT time every year.

Original every thing, no suspension work, reliable all day long

My 2005 1.6 sport (on 95,000 miles) has seen a fair bit of abuse, less from me but plenty from previous owners (there is evidence of crash damage being repaired). Anyway, I have only had one fault during my time that has caused me to call for recovery; idle air control valve got stuck and car wouldnt idle. Other things that have been replaced are some air conditioning piping (likely damaged and badly repaired during whoever crashed it), and a clutch (it was not great when I bought the car at 45,000 miles, managed to get it to 75,000 befoe I decided I should change it). I replaced the fork and ball joint while it was in bits too. No other major issues with the car, the interior hasnt suffered any more wear and tear than when I bought it.

I change the oil every 7000-8000 miles, and have changed the gearbox oil twice (55,000 miles then a fresh fill when the gearbox was removed when changing the clutch).

For my era of car, many people have had issus with the bearing on the input shaft of the gearbox. My brother currently has this issue on his 2004 civic 1.6 sport, but it hasnt affected me. The fix is quite simple - replace the bearing.

I don't class 95,000 miles as high mileage - owners in America are easily getting 200,000 mils out of their cars. Check out reddit.com/r/honda and maybe ask on there what experieinces people have with their civics.
