EP3 Coilover choice...?????

Hi All,
Not posted on here for a while,
I have a road legal track car that I drive to the track for the occasional track day and the odd drive out to keep it moving.. and wondered what coilover set you people are running. I currently run the area motorsport yellow speed civic cup coilovers. They handle good and have a good balance with spring rates 10kg front and 16kg rear. Just curious to what other variants are out there cost vs performance..
Yes I could drop £3K plus on some Nitrons or AST but if two cars were identical and same driver etc.. how much of a difference would we see out on track...??
Also how the F*&k do I change my email address on here...
