Can anyone suggest any?

Id love to get out & about & to regular meets with my DC2, but clubs seem a bit thin on the ground especially here in the Cotswolds.

Looking for something a bit discerning, grown-up if you will, not a load of 21year olds bouncing off their rev limiters & comparing 18" alloys at McDonalds.

Integra meets seem non-existent- would S2K or NSX clubs be welcoming maybe??

Any help gratefully appreciated

Chris

Hi, it seems the Honda S2000 owners club is still fairly active judging by their events calendar. See link
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/uk-ireland-meets-event...

Perhaps, it might be worth going along to one of their meets and see how you get along. I'm sure they'll be quite interested in having something different but still familiar within their mix.

I went to my first Honda Pistonheads Sunday at Bracknell with the same intention of meeting Honda owners and particularly the Integra. Unfortunately, I arrived a bit late and a lot of cars had left or were just leaving including a DC2 plus a supercharged NSX. I ended up chatting with a very nice Caterham owner for quite a while and it was just nice geeking out. I believe he resides around the Cotswolds aswell. From the little of what was left, it seemed quite a decent meet and will definitely try and attend next year.

In the meantime, there is the Pistonheads Sunday meet at Silverstone on the 29th I believe of which I'm hoping to attend. The bigger events are obviously more active and might present the better chance of meeting fellow DC2 owners. Then, there is also the option of starting one yourself if possible and generating interest the best way you can and I would definitely be interested in attending.

Ade.

The integra type-R owners do quite a bit.

I went to 3 or 4 shows with them this summer, nice bunch. Mostly DC5s, but there's a few DC2 owners.

Integra type-R owners on FB, or the forum url is www.itr-dc5.club/forum/

Ah ok- I assumed the DC5 forum was much the same as the DC2 version with no real meets as such...

Il give it a look

The FB pages are not for me tbh. Too many Neds floating about on there...

I too have found that there's not alot of specific DC2 meets since getting mine in July, the ITR DC2 website seems mostly dead. I went to the Pistonheads Sunday Service at Bracknell but also arrived a bit later(ish) and found most had already cleared out! I'm looking more towards track days than car meets next year anyway as with a baby on the way time will be much more limited, but would be interested to hear if you have much luck with any other clubs!
