EP3 lighting issue

Hi Guys,
For the last few weeks the off side dipped beam started to flicker before finally dying.
Since i replaced the bulb, when i turn on the dipped beam, the full beam light also turns on (but very dim) and the dipped beam is also very faint.
On the near side the dipped beam is fine but the full beam is very dim.
When i turn on the full beam, the nearside works fine but the offside does not come on at all.
I have checked the wiring best as possible and can find not cuts or splits.
Any ideas?
