2017 CR-V sat nav problem

Hi folks,
Friend here in Orkney called round today with his 2017 CR-V with his sat nav continually trying to acquire satellites (unsuccessfully). This happened immediately after his Daughter had tried to get his phone to pair up with the system. Can’t find any reference to this problem in the troubleshooting guide.

Any ideas?

Sorted!!

Took ages to find a reset option in the Android menu, now all back to normal. Hell, these cars are getting stupidly complicated - anyone got an Austin Seven for sale? 🙈.
