Ref. Customer Service - don't expect a lot from Honda UK, but there are some very good individual dealers around who will look after you.
I've heard this quite a lot about Honda, their customer service is pretty bad. Local dealerships can be good though, in particular Cox Honda in England. Phoenix Honda in Scotland are not too bad. ^ I wish!
Nope, an Accord and a CR-V. Tailgate motor on the Accord (2 years out of warranty) and front drive shafts on the CR-V (18 months out of warranty).
On both occasions HUK paid for the parts, I paid the labour. I thought that was pretty good.
Edit, both had full Honda history and I had a good relationship with the dealer (repeat customer etc).
