Ref. Customer Service - don't expect a lot from Honda UK, but there are some very good individual dealers around who will look after you.
I've heard this quite a lot about Honda, their customer service is pretty bad. Local dealerships can be good though, in particular Cox Honda in England. Phoenix Honda in Scotland are not too bad.

I've had good support from Honda UK on two occasions.

Both ended with them contributing to repair costs on out of warranty cars.

Was that for an NSX?

^ I wish!

Nope, an Accord and a CR-V. Tailgate motor on the Accord (2 years out of warranty) and front drive shafts on the CR-V (18 months out of warranty).

On both occasions HUK paid for the parts, I paid the labour. I thought that was pretty good.

Edit, both had full Honda history and I had a good relationship with the dealer (repeat customer etc).

I'm not normally a fan of greys but that colour looks really good!

Congratulations - that's are really nice rare car - Nord Grey (or whatever it is called) is the least common NSX colour - and the painted interwoven wheels work best with that colour.

Correct
Nord grey , one of three in the country .
Looks even better in the flesh , it isn’t really grey, it seems to change colour in the light. A bluey, grey, greeny colour :-).
Loving it

Fantastic car.

Most reviews I've read mention that the interior is disappointing but it looks fine to me.

I'm very envious!

Yes , seats and finish inside are fine , but the infotainment system and nav is pretty bad.
At least it has Apple play so that makes it easier to use .
But so far , that’s the only bad thing . And that is outweighed by the drive and performance.
Loving it .
