EP3 Cam chain / tensioner replacement Norfolk / Suffolk

Hi,

I think its time to replace the cam chain tensioner and, probably chain but I don't have someone I trust here and is availible here near Norwich. Any recommendations? Particularly as restrictions mean traveling to far is frowned upon.
