Honda Civic 2005 Petrol: ODBII Errors

There are two faults reported by a Autel ODBII scanner:

22-1 - Excessive change of the vehicle speed sensor signal

23-1 - A problem with the engine speed signal circuit

There is an issue with the car: it has lost power and acceleration has reduced.
