day insure? add it to your insurance as a temp car?

Is it taxed and MOT'd?

is taxed and motd - is a second car so it sits in the garage.

more thank likely ill pay for day insurance for to and from the track day

and then separate cover for the actual trackday itself.

just didn't know if a provider covered both.

That'll probably end up being quite expensive if you do more than a couple of days a year, if you do it's worth looking for an annual policy with a company that covers a few days a year along with the main policy and see how the costs stack up.

Just need a one off.

Bought a car and not sure if I like it - want to do a quick track day before taking it off the road for 6 months and building it up for track dedication.

Annual policy with track day cover, then cancel after first payment if you change your mind about keeping the car or take it off the road to mod it. Just select the option to do monthly payments on the policy...simples

No penalty for cancelling an insurance policy early as far as I know.
