New track car that I'm fitting some obligatory mods to. It's gonna be a beast
Tein Springs, grooved discs and some Mintex pads so far, already handles and stops way better than it did. Can't imagine I'll be overtaking many on the straights so corners will be where this thing thrives. Still, slowest track car I've owned.
That’s brilliant and the whole point of this, doesn’t matter what you have, what your top speed is, how much it costs, as long as you enjoy it that’s all that mattersTein Springs, grooved discs and some Mintex pads so far, already handles and stops way better than it did. There’s a reason people still buy good handling, lower powered cars like the panda, abarth, 106 rallye and it’s engagement

You were indeed - I was hoping no one on here was in attendance to witness me mincing about Donington, getting to grips with the car on my first wet trackday I think you overtook me out the back of the circuit toward the end of the evening when we were all queued up behind the blue clio 17/82 who wouldn't indicate or let anyone past.... You were going well - is that a Meglio? Sounded like it was from the pit-wall...

I do remember passing you, I was being polite You were going well - is that a Meglio? Sounded like it was from the pit-wall...
It was my first wet day in the car and found it really fun, I think the big(ger) power RWD stuff was struggling with grip so it was fun playing the underdog with a well set up FWD hatch. No shame in that, the goal is to have fun and get home in one piece.
Not Meglio, standard N/A F4R engine. Just lots of chassis mods.

I saw one of these at a track day recently a light blue one and honestly I couldn't believe how quick it was on the straights. It wasn't slow on the corners either.Gassing Station | Track Days | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
