So great to be back at Keevil again yesterday with Ed, Tash and the team.

Their days are always so well run and Keevil is a great track. Picking up from some of the other threads with people wanting to get out on the track MSE are a perfect way to get into trackdays, the standard of driving normally high (and well policed) and a friendly atmosphere between like minded petrol heads who want to have some fun but equally want to take themselves and their cars home in one piece at the end of the day!

No affiliation, just been using them for best part of 15 years or so at Keevil, Castle Combe, Thruxton, Abingdon.

Bring back Hullavington tho!! I understand bought by Dyson and will no longer be a venue :-(

I had heard a few years ago that the track surface had a lot of loose stones on, did you find that was the case a few days ago?

We arrived later on in the day so track was clear of anything like that but not sure about first thing in the morning. I imgine if there was an issue Ed would be doing a few 'sweeping' laps in the Turbo Motorsport Events Van to get rid.

Regarding the stones, MSE ran a road sweeper over the track layout the day before the event. Dedication to the cause...

Abingdon has been grabbed by Messrs Spielberg and Hanks for some Talkie or other on wartime shenanigans and as Tash said, they pay better than MSE. Once filming is done, MSE will be back.
