35quid.... does that include car trailers, cos if it does the whole thing sounds like a dam good idea... Although fuel for the V8i disco might be a few quid.. mmm

Ted, So is this actually a PH trackday, what's your involvement? (are you actually going?) How many PistonHeaders are going? How many TVRs? Do we get free PH car stickers for publicity purposes? Should we advertise it to the Tuscan egroup? Am I asking too many questions? I may well go regardless of the answers to the above but it's always good to know. Mike.

What's my involvement? - minimal on the organisational front (leaving it to the experts), other than hopefully providing the punters! - I will indeed be going myself - Cars will get stickers - Of course you should be advertising it to the Tuscaneers!

So they fixed it! I think that extra bit of drive shaft may be a good investment if it take them that long to fix it. As for breaking it again tell me where and when!

Still thinking about the PH trackday in France. However I'm a little confused. The literature says something about getting the ferry Saturday morning, driving cross country, stopping for a bite of lunch and then arriving at the track for a FULL day on the track. Is it me or does this not make sense - I'm interested in paying £500 for a full day but not an afternoon - what's the actual situation? Mike.

If you take the Saturday AM ferry as most people will, you should get to the track by 12ish. Whilst you may think you have lost out, remember the track closes at dusk, and we are only going to have a maximum of 28 cars, So we can usually operate an open pit lane after the 1st hour. If you want more than that we can offer a Friday night crossing, with a Hotel in Arras at no extra cost except the Hotel (approx £50.00) This is favourite with people towing race cars and don't want to hack down on the Saturday morning. If you need any more info drop me an email or give a call.

So I've just taken the plunge and put the cheque in the post. That'll be me, the other half and the Tuscan going over on the Friday night. So it's very quiet here, are there any other PistonHeaders going????? Mike.

I would go for this but I am moving to a shiny new house (no more creaking floorboards ) and the completion date for its build is mid May !!!!!!! I'm at Silverstone Sunday 1st April for the Powertour meet so I'll see some of you there I guess.

I'm booked too - looking forward to actually getting to the karting on Sunday this time (Deli belly last time out). Haven't been able to persuade the girlfriend to bring her TT though ... not enuf power but it grips like a grippy thing and has ABS/4WD so somewhere like Folembray would have been interesting. Looking forward to seeing y'all at Dover. Trefor/. (and a paltry Chimaera 4.0L)
