Your forecast looks good to me - perhaps they've added the 3 years you were at Poly.
It differs from mine as mine states :-

You need to continue to contribute National Insurance to reach your forecast.
Estimate based on your National Insurance record up to 5 April 2017 £156.42/week
Forecast if you contribute another 2 years before 5 April 2025 £164.35/week

I'm self employed with tax self assessment and pay my NI contributions for April 2017- April 2018 in Jan 2019.

Interesting. I've just done mine. I need to pay another 10 years before 2049. I am currently 37 and have been working since I was 16 (NVQ for a year).
