employer telling me no pilon

been on sick for over a year but employer is now dismissing me due to capability but are stating that I'm not due any pilon , not had any company sick pay since March.

any chance of one of you employment lawyers allowing me to pm the details to you , as always the devil is in the detail.?

but can say my contract says employees must work 3 month notice period from the company to be paid , my concern is that as I'm unable to work due to illness that term in the contract discriminates aaginst anyone that becomes ill iyswim and looking at era 1996 notice period section I feel I should be entitled to pilon

any help from someone who KNOWS would be great but unfortunately my email address on this account is unacessible to me and I cant see how to change it

How urgently do you need an answer? I have a pretty busy week and don't want to rush an answer for you. If it can wait until Monday then I will take a look (there are a few other matters which could arise as well which can be discussed).
