Well its been a heck of a long time since i've owned anything PH worthy, from the highs of owning a VXR-8 about 7 years ago, to the lowly lows of a 1.6TDi DS3. Finally i am back behing the wheel of something with a bit of poke.

Picked up this 2018 Ceramic Great Stinger GTS just a couple of weeks ago, and loving every minute behind the wheel.

This is smooth, quiet and comfortable when you want it to be and a proper missile when you need it to be. The difference in response from Comfort Mode to Sport mode is very noticeable, it had that synthesized engine noise in the cabin when in Sport mode, which can be turned off.. but right now i'm all for it.

Interior is a great place to be, with heated and cooled front seats and heated rear seats. sound system is good too. All in all, i am chuffed to bits with it.

Good to be back, and cant wait for some PH meets

What a fantastic looking car, and absolutely the right colour too.

I quite like the synthetic noise, as its an enhancement to the engine rather than a replacement. We enhance the engine sound mechanically with an exhaust, so why not digitally? If it makes you happy, then that's all that matters.

Looking forward to more photos!

Mega equipment as standard, 7 year warranty and a proper engine.

OP, great choice and I’m sure you will absolutely love the car!

I also have a Ceramic Grey GTS and have a Readers’ Cars thread running.

Really looking forward to your ownership thoughts.

Cheers, Dunc

Nice car, I'd like to see what the fuss is about at some point. There's a guy on YT called LOL Kia whose started modding one and going wide body at some point.

Superb car, an absolute riot to drive. Far more fun than any M3 I have driven in a long time. Epic spec list too and not slow.

Only problems were not the most room in the back seats, and they are thirsty. Beyond that, marvellous

Lovely car & you're not alone there's another PH member who decided that it was a crying shame to overlook these, I've supplied a few of these, enjoyed the & every owner has been very happy with their purchase.

Above is the other thread.

It'll be good for people to gauge both of your experiences.

I like them. I really like them, which is unusual for me with a modern car.

I just wish I could afford one frown

I saw one on the road earlier, and there is one that parks nearby. They do look good.

Yep, likewise. These do look really good on the road and more importantly they look novel!

Great looking car with fabulous performance.

Exactly what Kia need to shake off the cheap and rubbish image they may have suffered from.

Thanks everyone, its certainly had some looks and some really positive comments from people asking what it actually is (the Kia badges were replaced with those "E" logos by previous owner)

Have loved ever mile in it, such a nice car to drive, and so far the only one I've seen on the road.

Those badges are US-spec I think - it'll definitely confuse people with no obvious Kia badges!

I like these and they make a nice change from the usual suspects.

One of the directors at work now spends most of his time in London so swapped his Panamera for one of these due to doing less mikes and his car living at the train station car park. He likes it; well spec’d, good engine, room for the kids etc.
