OOOFFF!

£170K!

Lots of ACS bits fitted.

Does seem an odd time of the year to be trying to sell a high end car though.
It’s a joke price especially as 30 secs looking at the ad shows a worn out gearknob, flaky wheel centre cap badges and a worn driver’s seat.

I agree. Hence the post biggrin Its worth pointing out the ad says it's the owner of Rossiters personal car. So not unusual to see Managers not know the value of something wink

For my (hypothetical) SE purchase.

Slotted screws for the plaque??

MOT history is a little scant. I've no idea how old the photos are, but may be some use...

Wow..surprising it has no reserve and a very secondary sale. Was it not a good one?

I was offered this recently. It subsequently sold, so I don't want to give the VIN/too many details, but 4199 miles from new!

OK, where to begin?

Is it really a Sport Evo and has it really done only 4199miles?

If it were a Sport Evo, I would expect to see red HT leads. I wouldn't expect to see silver edges to the gauges, but I guess there could have been an owner who wanted to change them for something more modern.

But, why would someone with a Sport Evo, which after about 2007 started climbing in price, particularly if original and really low miles, change the stock gauges for some modern gauges?

Why would they fit a strut brace and leave odd the strut mount caps?

Where is the suede hand brake lever, Evo sill tread covers, why do I think the seats look wrong (stty ebay M badges)

Too much doesn't add up IMO.

I wouldn’t be surprised if a large no of old E30s are clocked. Just unplug the diff speed sensor and no mileage recorded. It doesn’t take long to remove the cluster and set the mileage to whatever you want. The pictured one doesn’t even have lining up digits.

I used to know someone who wired a switch into the wiring from diff to speedo to choose when he recorded mileage in his M3.

Chassis no sent to me indicates a late 215PS car.

One up for auction on the 29th here

Looks pretty decent but then I'm no expert - I'll leave that to others on here !

No attendance at this auction due to you-know-what !

Are the side skirts gloss? This will upset the purists.

Was doing the rounds last year iirc, look back in this thread, it has been 'featured' before.

Would have been nice to put the correct headlights back in it after its prang.
