I wouldn’t be surprised if a large no of old E30s are clocked. Just unplug the diff speed sensor and no mileage recorded. It doesn’t take long to remove the cluster and set the mileage to whatever you want. The pictured one doesn’t even have lining up digits.
I used to know someone who wired a switch into the wiring from diff to speedo to choose when he recorded mileage in his M3.
agree- that looks tamperedI used to know someone who wired a switch into the wiring from diff to speedo to choose when he recorded mileage in his M3.

OK, where to begin?
Is it really a Sport Evo and has it really done only 4199miles?
I don't know enough about them TBH. I'll DM you some details, feel free to post your comments. Is it really a Sport Evo and has it really done only 4199miles?
Just wondering if it was one of these
If it is , it would be the one furthest away as it was plated.

SE
26K miles
Typical Barney price
£170,000!
The same tired first 3 paragraphs explaining what a SE is and how amazing a E30M3 also gripe as it's just waffle!
But it's the
"Repair fan wiring loom with cloth loom tape"
"Tidy fuse box and wiring loom with original cloth loom tape"
"Replace front brake pad sensor"
Well that adds £10K straight away!
I worry that it's been sat in a Greek warehouse for decades probably never moving. And TBH could you ever truly trust the mileage?

Silver one won't be to everyone's taste I'm sure, but I bet it's a lot of fun with that engine. I imagine it is perhaps a much narrower market at that price than a standard car.
White ones look good, I was never a fan back in the day but I think they look terrific now. I would be wanting to have a good poke around the passenger side rear arch that in the photos looks like it could bit a bit frilly, the bonnet alignment would bug me and the sill skirts look like the front returns have been cut off. I used to see this a lot years ago when hoofing great wheels were fitted.
Either way if BMR have had a hand in both and the money's been spent then mechanically they should be spot on.

It's been for sale for a long time. Years I would say. Imagine someone here will know it a bit better.Initial thoughts.
Shiny sills mean it's been resprayed by someone with no idea of what the cars should look like. Which obviously then makes you wonder about "full restoration"
Also not a fan of the red "SportEvo" bumper stripes on cars that aren't SE's.
Obviously the wheels aren't the right colour either.
Washer bottle tank is a dual system. But the car doesn't have headlight wipers
Also the "1 private owner since 2007" is a bit of a blag since it says on his website he bought it in 2017. So he obviously hasn't registered it to himself to keep the owners down.

Is it POA or £80K
https://cazana.com/uk/car/D988LEL
Again with the double washer tank and no headlamp wash system fitted.
Hope you don't mind me posting this, the values of E30 M3's makes me think about the previous ones I owned, I'd love to know if they are still around or better still known on the forum. I've looked up the plates on the MOT site, looks like the Black one is still MOT'd but the silver one may not be.
IIRC the black one was the 3rd from last tintop made.It had a genuine Sport Evo Rear spolier and Evo 2 front. I had a little body work done so added the Red SE stripes and the wheels were painted SE style as well.
I also organised a little trip to Munich Legends in 2004, met up at my local pub in Horley and led a number of cars down through to ML, a couple of pics:

My old car is in 2 of those pics. Hell, I'm in 2 of them! IIRC the black one was the 3rd from last tintop made.It had a genuine Sport Evo Rear spolier and Evo 2 front. I had a little body work done so added the Red SE stripes and the wheels were painted SE style as well.

That was the first M3 "meet" I went to in the car. Though I'd been to ML a few times before to peruse stock. Met 3 guys that I still think of as mates to this day! (DI, RR and KM) 2 years later I went to the 'Ring with 2 of them!
Although I haven't seen them in real life for a while! So it's a sort of long distant relationship
If I ever find myself in the position financially for a "fun car" I'd love to get another in an instant. When I'm bored I look at mobile.de and wish
Mine. Rust free EU model, been in Japan since new. Paid something like the equivalent of £6000 for it in 2004, just after it had a stunning repaint.
Nobody really wanted them back then but I'd always wanted one since they were new and I was a studen...
Spent about 3 times that on an engine rebuild with forged rods, slipper pistons, 284 cams, Vipec ECU & custom engine harness, Carbon Diff, Brembo brakes. etc.
Still have it today:

Makes this one look over priced!

In the Classifieds £80K
128 K miles (206km)
Lots wrong with it!
Being listed as Cat D puts me off more than the accident history. The latter can be removed with work. the former never!
